The European Gambling Briefing (EGB) ran this week for the fourth time on the 13th and 14th May and was a terrific success, with 155 attendees from a wide range of countries beyond Europe, including Curacau, South Africa, Israel and Canada.

Speakers included senior representatives from the European Commission and European Parliament, industry players such as Svenska Spel, Holland Casino, Casinos Austria, PartyGaming and Bwin, gaming regulators and leading lawyers from countries including the UK, Latvia, Romania, Malta, Alderney and South Africa and representatives from the financial world such as Goldman Sachs and Pheonix Asset Management.
